Following an initial assessment, you will be given a supervised, structured and progressive gym programme. This will be tailor-made taking into account your goals and ability.

If you prefer to discuss it first with your health professional ie GP, consultant, practice nurse, physiotherapist, then they may refer you, using the adult referral form.
